Located at Ingleborough lake
Property description
The tank is located on our picturesque lake next to our farm yard on the A52 to Skegness. It will be one of half a dozen unique forms of accommodation that will be situated here, along side Kaleb the combine and the army ambulance. When finished, the site will have between 6 and 8 quirky places to stay. Keeping the number of units low will help us to keep a nice peaceful environment for our guests to enjoy.
There is a service road to the tank to drop off your luggage but the parking is in the adjacent farm yard. A two minute walk back to your accommodation.
Inside the tank itself is a bench seat arrangement that is easily converted into a double bed. There is a small worktop with kettle and toaster, as well as a smart tv with built in dvd player. The tank will also benefit from wifi.
Attached to the back of the tank is an original frame that pulls out to make an awning for a little extra space. The tank door, which contains a fridge and wine rack, opens into the awning where a there is a set of fold up table and 4 chairs. The awning opens up with a beautiful view of the lake and its surroundings. Including a bbq and fire pit.
There is a cold water tap located at each site but for hot water and washing up there is a kitchen sink located on the outside of the shower block. The shower block itself is a two minute walk from the tank.
